Right-of-way spray notice
Mountain Electric Cooperative will be using
AquaMaster/Arsenal chemical treatments on
vegetation to help control undesirable vegetation,
primarily trees, in and along the co-op’s power line
right-of-way.

A complete list of the chemicals used can be found
at mountainelectric.com/right-of-way.
Areas that will be sprayed July–August
(depending upon weather conditions):
Avery County areas: Spanish Oak, Plumtree,
Crossnore, Altamont and Linville Falls
Mountain City areas: Cold Springs, Sutherland,
Laurel Bloomery and portions of Mountain City
and Forge Creek.
