UPCOMING CHANGES TO YOUR BILL STATEMENT DUE DATE

The due date for cycles 737-753 is going to change to the 16th of each month starting with the bill balances due in July, 2022. Your cycle number can be found in the top left portion of your bill statement. Please call 828-733-0159 with questions. This will only affect portions of Avery County, NC, not Mountain City or Roan Mountain, TN areas. If you are on bank or credit card draft, this change will automatically take place in July, 2022. However, if you have an autopay set up with your online account, please login and make sure you change the date so there aren’t any penalties incurred.
